Hi all

I was wondering how many people were suffering this same problem, or if there were any planned solutions to this

I just spent all day trying to get to 100%, and I have got to 99.7%, I have scrapped every wall etc etc, and followed the Cartographer guide, but I can't gain access to the Jade Quarry, as its empty, and every time i have been on it is always empty, last thing i managed to do was get into Fort Aspenwood, but it seems imposible to get into the Quarry

Only one of my 10 characters has maxed cantha and i want to be able to do so on them all, eventually.

Also with the intorduction of Legendary Explorer, I think it would be apporpriate to introduce some method of being able to explore Fort Aspenwood and Jade Quarry without having to do the mission

There are two main reasons for this, firstly, they are now mostly empty so it involves waiting for a very long time to get in, and second, if you do get in I'm sure everyone will be happpy for one of their team members to be running about uncovering map rather than fighting the enemy!

I don't think a viable solution to this is having a weekend event where there is double rewards, as it cannot be done every weekend and may not mean lots of players go there, I recall the weekend where this did occur and Jade Quarry was empty on the Luxon side for most of it, and you had to wait up to 30mins to get into a game there.

I believe it is a mistake to keep these two areas unaccesable to the casual explorer now, as with the drop off of people playing this means there is no easy way in.

Hopefully this post may catch the attention of the devs, otherwise I'm goign to be stuck waiting for a miracle to happen lol,

that's the massive problem with cantha. there's two areas you have to wait. one for the luxon side and one for the kurzick side to try and get into to get all the map. I'd suggest going into Cavalon and HzH, talking some smack and trying to get peeps into the missions.

Fort Aspenwood you usually don't have to wait too long, at least during relatively busy parts of the day. I know it's definitely possible to get 100% mapping of Cantha without the Jade Quarry - my ritualist has the max title and has never been able to map there.

its possible to do without Jade Quarry, i just got Cantha grandmaster on my Tyria Ranger without doing Jade Quarry and also dont have the Vizunah Square local map point. i followed the hints in the cartographer hints and help thread to get it done. all i can say cantha was much easier then Tyria. Tyria i had to have someone check my map once i hit 98.5 to find the last bit and Cantha was a breeze. on to Elona now, only at 50% mapped there.
